Our Journey to Your Mailbox:

At Snail Mail Club, we celebrate the timeless charm of traditional post. Our letters travel the old-fashioned way, embracing the delightful anticipation of a surprise arrival. Because we use standard mail for its authentic feel, please note that your shipment will not come with a tracking number.

Postage: Any applicable postage fees for your destination are automatically calculated and shown at checkout.

 

Anticipated Adventure Times

While we wish we could give every letter a set arrival date, its journey is a unique one. The times below are estimates based on postal service standards. We always post your letter within 1-2 business days of your order, but from there, its adventure begins!

· 🇬🇧 UK, 🇺🇸 USA, 🇨🇦 Canada: Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

· 🇪🇺 EU, 🇳🇿 New Zealand, & Asia: These journeys take a little longer. Allow 15+ business days for your letter to find its way.

· Rest of the World: The grandest adventures! To all other corners of the globe, please allow 25+ business days for delivery.

The Importance of Your Address

Your order confirmation email is your first clue that your letter is being prepared! This is your moment to be a detective—please double-check your shipping address carefully.

Spotted an error? Don't panic! Email our postal rescue team at support@snailmailclub.com immediately. If we haven't yet handed your letter over to the postal service, we can swiftly correct its course.

Already posted? Once a letter begins its journey, we cannot call it back or offer a refund for an incorrect address. However, because we believe every letter deserves to be read, we’ll happily repost up to 3 letters to the correct address as a gesture of goodwill. Just get in touch with us!
