Our Subscription Policy + Renewals and cancellations
Welcome to our subscription family! This page explains how your subscription works and how you can manage it with ease.
How Your Subscription Works:
When you join one of our subscription plans, you're signing up to receive a regular delivery of joy—two special letters each month. You can choose a plan that fits your rhythm: rolling monthly, a 6-month chapter, or a full year's adventure!
Every subscription is designed as a journey lasting up to two wonderful years (24 months). After this time, your subscription will conclude, but the door is always open for you to begin a new journey with us whenever you're ready.
Renewals & Cancellations
To keep your letters arriving without a hitch, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of its billing cycle:
· Monthly Plan: Renews every month
· 6-Month Plan: Renews every six months
· Yearly Plan: Renews once a year
We never want you to pay for something you don't want. If you decide to cancel, you can do so at any time before your next billing date. After you cancel, you'll still receive all the letters you've already paid for in your current period; we'll just stop the automatic renewal for the next cycle.However, it's possible to pause your subscription on our customer portal. Your letters will continue to arrive once you remove the pause
Taking Control of Your Plan
You are in the driver's seat! You can view, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime, easily:
1. Click the 'Manage Subscription' link in any of your order confirmation emails.
2. Log into your customer account on our website.
